The default returned format for this API is SDMX generic
XML. The Accept http header can be used to change
this, and in particular, text/csv is supported.
Data can be filtered to certain series by replacing
the * in the URL with .-separated values of the
dimensions in order, as shown in the dataset-level
dimensions metadata.
