Slaughtered Livestock (Heads)

This dataset is published on a quarterly basis and provides a comprehensive overview of the monthly number of slaughtered livestock (heads) for beef, pigs, and broilers. Data for Beef and Pig meat are sourced directly from the civil abattoir while data for Broiler meat is obtained from private local slaughterhouses. This dataset offers a statistical measure of slaughtered livestock across the main livestock categories.
