Meat Producer Value (€)

This dataset is published on a quarterly basis and provides a comprehensive overview of the monthly carcass values (in Euro) for beef, pigs, and broilers. Data for Beef and Pig meat are sourced directly from the civil abattoir while data for Broiler meat is obtained from private local slaughterhouses. This dataset provides a statistical measure of economic value of meat production across the main livestock categories.
