This dataset consists of findings of the survey work carried out for an Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) - Tender / Advert No. 101 / 2013, which specifies the requirements for an environmental monitoring survey in the SE Aquaculture Zone in Malta. The survey campaign occurred in 2014 following the same methodology used in previous surveys (2006, 2008, 2010). The purpose of the study was to analyse the seabed typology on the basis of grain-size values obtained from the various sediment sampling stations.This data was included as part of the dataset used for one of the co-financed EU LIFE+ Funding Programmes - LIFE BaĦAR for N2K project.
